I didn't become a designer because I liked making beautiful screens.
I became one because I was fascinated by people, how they think, what frustrates them, and what makes an experience feel effortless.
Today, I use research, empathy, and systems thinking to simplify complexity into intuitive experiences that help people feel confident, not confused.
